Refund and Cancelation Policy

At Cab Connect, we strive to offer the best car rental experience. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to provide a flexible and fair refund and cancellation process.

Cancelation of booking by customer

 

More than 24 hours before scheduled pickup: Full refund of the booking amount.

Between 6 to 24 hours before scheduled pickup: 50% refund of the booking amount.

Less than 6 hours before scheduled pickup or No Show: No refund will be issued.

Cancelation by Cab Connect

If Cab Connect cancels a confirmed booking due to unforeseen circumstances (vehicle breakdown, driver unavailability, etc.), a full refund will be provided to the customer within 5-7 business days.

Refund Process

1. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during booking.

2. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refund may take 5–10 business days to reflect.

3. For cash payments, customers will be contacted to arrange a refund method.

Modification in Booking

1. Changes to pickup time, date, or location are subject to availability.

2. Significant changes may require cancellation and rebooking.

Non Refundable Scenarios

1. No show at the pickup location

2. False information provided during booking refund method.

3. Misuse or damage to the vehicle

4. Breach of Cab Connect’s rental terms and conditions
